4 monthly auto-pay installments on the 15th, starting July 15. Additional $100 fee applies.

Charged if a payment installment is missed by the 5th of the month.

Refund Policy

FUSA is a year-long soccer program. Team formation, coaching assignments, league registrations, field allocations, and other club expenses are based on the number of players who accept roster positions at the beginning of the seasonal year.

Acceptance of a roster spot constitutes a commitment to the full annual registration fee.

  • An $850 deposit is due upon acceptance of a roster spot.
  • A roster spot is considered accepted once registration is completed and payment is submitted.
  • Families may pay the remaining balance in full or select a payment plan, if offered.
  • All registration fees and payments made to FUSA are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • No refunds, credits, transfers, or cancellations will be issued after a roster spot has been accepted.
  • No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided regardless of whether a player participates in practices, games, tournaments, training sessions, camps, or any other club activities.
  • Withdrawal from the program does not relieve a family of its obligation to pay the full annual registration fee.
  • Families enrolled in a payment plan remain responsible for all remaining scheduled payments even if a player withdraws from the program.
  • If FUSA is unable to place a player on a team, all fees paid will be refunded.

FUSA strongly recommends that families consider purchasing optional Registration Protection Insurance available through PlayMetrics, to help protect against covered events that may prevent participation. By accepting a roster spot and completing registration, families acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
