Dear FUSA Community,

Planning for the Spring season is in full swing between the FUSA board, Olé Soccer, Connecticut Junior Soccer Association and the town of Fairfield. We’ve received many questions regarding Spring season start as well as 2023-2024 try-outs and wanted to share the details we can at this point:

• Spring practice schedules are being finalized, and we expect to release them on or around March 13th. Thank you for your patience as we work closely with the town who deconflicts Fairfield’s field space with Dept. of Education, Parks & Rec and all town sports’ needs.  
• Travel: Practices start the week of March 27th with games beginning the weekend of April 1st. CJSA has not released travel game schedules yet, but Team Managers should be able to communicate at least the first weekend's game schedule by Monday, March 27th.
  Premier/U11 Pre-Premier: Practices start the week of March 20th with games beginning the weekend of March 25. Schedules for EDP CT Championship (U11 pre-premier, U12 and above premier teams) are live: https://system.gotsport.com/org_event/events/20164

• Try-outs for Fall 2023 - Spring 2024 season will be held in early May. We will open registration & communicate it as soon as we can. We are awaiting CJSA to open the 2023-2024 year on its side which will allow our system to take registrations. We have reached out to them, and anticipate we will be able to open registration around the first week of April.
